Here at Adorn Hair Inc. we value each and every one of our clients, therefore we have to adhere to a strict return policy.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS! Once you receive your order, you have 3 days to inspect hair for satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, IMMEDIATELY email Not responsible for lost or stolen items.All orders comes with $50 insurance if youll like to purchase more insurance please email us before your order ships[email protected]. We will not exchange bundles that have been installed. Hair must be in original condition, unopened, in original packaging with all labels and tags attached. If your purchase meets this criteria, then we will exchange within 3 days of receipt of purchase for domestic and 7 days for international. Clients are responsible for return shipping fees.
